Water Thief Floats Free .....

The Chilean government has accepted an official apology from water thief Karol Cioma. Cioma, who attempted to smuggle the entire contents of the River Trancura into the UK by swallowing the river, has been let off with a slapped wrist and a sharp dressing down because it's his birthday.
In a symbolic gesture Cimoa returned part of the stolen property to a Chilean undercover police agent (see photo). However, Cioma is not completely off the hook. The USA government has issued an extradition order in his name after accusing him of impersonating an American tourist (see photo).
