Yes, Terry was right, it was a stairwell but she didn't mention the word "lighthouse" so she doesn't qualify for the 1,000 pound prize. Colin gave the correct answer via phone but that too disqualifies him as the answer has to appear as a comment (So, you don't get the money, Honey).

The lovely lighthouse in question (pictured above) is situated in the town of La Paloma, Uruguay. There was a beautiful black and white photo of the stairwell on the wall of the main office and I was inspired to emulate it.
Competition Nº2 has just got underway and there has already been a request for a clue by a Ms A. Mous (first name Anony, obviously from overseas. Could it be Carolina Jaramillo using a pseudonymom).
Anyway Ms Mous, no clues for the time being or until there have been at least 7 decent comments. Funny captions - like the witty comment about my wife's driving - are also welcome. The person in question obviously knows Bea well!
