Little Mermaid Plans Record Swim

According to rumours, Bristol based youngster, Lola Moon H-L, known to her friends as "the Little Mermaid", is in training to become the youngest person to swim the English channel. Lola, who celebrated her 5th birthday yesterday has been secretly training with plans to attempt the epic feat sometime in the next 6 years. The record is currently held by Thomas Gregory(UK) who was 11yrs11months when he completed the 21-mile swim. The youngest female channel crosser was Lynne Cox in July 1972, who was 15 years old. Birthday girl Lola plans to put both records to shame. World famous BlogSpot Papasgotabrandnewblog has signed an exclusive advertising and sponsorship deal with Lola and is planning full coverage of the event which is forecast to take place in August 2019.

Mobile Blog Blunder

Plans by world famous BlogSpot Papasgotabrandnewblog to spend a week mobile in New York were thwarted last week due to lack of an internet connection. The whacky Santiago BlogSpot took a week long hiatus in the Big Apple but was unable to maintain contact with it's reader due to the aforementioned oversight. When asked to comment on this embarrassing situation the reader of the blog said that he was "outraged".
"This is the 21st Century" the reader ranted. "I was expecting to sample the delights of New York but experienced nothing but outdated news. I'm so outraged I'm thinking of pulling my free subscription."
Blog staff declined to comment on the incident.
