With less than 2 months to the end of the year, staff at world famous blogspot papasgotabrandnewblog are worried about the number of post the popular online site will be able to notch up for 2012. Thus far, 2006 has been by far the most productive year in terms of posts with a whopping 132 blog entries. 2011 with 79 posts comes a distant second closely followed by 2008 (74) and 2010 (73). 2009 was the least productive blog year with 2007 (65) completing the count. The yearly average for the six years prior to 2012 is 78.6 so the current 2012 quota of 65 posts is on the low side. Much of this is down to a poor show during the months of August and September with a combined total of only 6 posts being produced. Nevertheless, a birthday fuelled October produced 12 posts making it the most production month of the year. This feat also raised hopes of a turnaround and the outside chance of a bumper year.
