According to an official spokesperson, latest tribe member, Poppy Higginson, popped out earlier than expected as she doesn't want to miss out on her cousin's wedding.
World famous blogspot Papasgotabrandnewblog knows very little about poppies apart from the possible urban myths that they're generally red, there are lots of em and they can be potemtially dangerous. Additionally, a quick look on Wikipedia informs us that "Bees use poppies as a pollen source" so at least there's an obvious Honey connection.
Poppies are also a symbol of sleep and death. Just in case you're interested, Poppies in Spanish is Amapolas and the flower is used a lot in weddings in Puerta Rica.

Congarulations indeed to the lovely family! I think the fact that Poppy was born on 23/7, not 24/7 shows that she will be a nice easy baby, and allow you that little bit of sleep her name is associated with.
