Cousins to Patent New Invention

Wacky cousins Rosie W and Joe C are trying to patent a new invention, the Birthday Share. Apparently, they took their lead from ideas such as the job share or car share. If the new patent is successful, it would mean that people who share birthdays will have to pay them a small fee for the use of said shared birthday. According to Rosie she was tired of Joe stealing her birthday glory and vice versa. Putting their heads together they came up with the novel idea and Joe hopes it will earn them a few quid.
